coral, mint, & lavendar

a few weeks ago, i met up with some local bloggers to discuss the last few chapters of Blog, Inc. by Joy Cho {a post on that coming soon!}. Here's what i wore:

it was a little chilly inside the shop, so i knew i needed to bring a cardigan!

it was still a zillion degrees outside, so i did get to wear it without the cardigan.

my nails: i love the gold accent nail. that was a little outside of my box, so i was really glad i liked it! i am also not really good at painting my own nails, so i was pretty proud of how these turned out.

the night i wore this outfit was also hao's birthday. we had some friends over after dinner for cake!

it turns out that hao's 30th birthday was on the same day as krispy kreme's 77th. anyone who knows hao knows that he loves krispy kreme, so there was no other option than to get him a doughnut cake!

for his 30th birthday, i got him every superman comic from the year he was born & a few special edition comics.

What I Wore: Beach Edition
